Unfortunately the volume ends at a pretty interesting point, after a conversation between Megumi and Shiori.
I hope you enjoyed the 3rd volume, and hopefully we'll be able to bring you the 4th once it comes out, which I'm expecting to be at the end of 2019/beginning of 2020.
